The prized mansions of Malvern and Toorak are renowned for their luxury and stature, but nothing comes close to this arresting synthesis of contemporary, Tudor and French design elements. Built on the site of the old Deakin University, there are essentially five buildings in one, each with their own foundation and excavation challenges.
The development covers the breadth of three separate titles, with five different facades spanning three basements and an untold number of engineering challenges. This project proved deeply complex, and an achievement to execute with absolute cohesiveness and expert engineering.
